The Play Destination offers complete private use of our 5,000 square foot facility for 2 hours. We are here to make your party experience as enjoyable and stress free as possible. In addition to reserving the facility for birthday parties, you may also reserve the facility for fundraisers, end of season team parties, awards ceremonies, baby showers, etc….the sky is the limit! STANDARD $495

WEEKDAY SEMI-PRIVATE PARTY $145

  • 2 hour semi-private party (during normal business hours)
  • 10 kids included ($8 per additional kid)
  • NO CHARGE FOR ADULTS!
  • 1 table reserved for 2 hours
  • Not eligible during school holidays
  • You are responsible for cleaning up (leaving the area as it was when you arrived). $50 clean-up fee will be imposed if the area is not left clean.

GENERAL INFORMATION APPLICABLE TO ALL EVENTS AND PARTIES:

  • $200 non-refundable deposit required to book party. The remaining balance will be charged at the end of the party.
  • Must give 30 days notice to reschedule or cancel, otherwise the full cost of the party will be charged.
  • Children 9 months and under are free.
  • 30 minutes before and after for setup and cleanup.
  • 3% merchant fee will be added for credit/debit card payments.
  • All adults must wear socks at all times.  (We are a SHOE-FREE facility)
  • No extra charge for bringing in your own food/entertainment.
  • Gratuity is not included and is always appreciated.
  • All parties with over 30 kids will require an additional staff member at $75 for 2 hours (except VIP party).

Need Add-ons? We’ve got them.  The following are available, but not limited to:

Entertainment: Face-painter, characters, balloon artist, bubble show, etc.

Photo-booths: Unlimited printing available as an add on to your party.

Decorations, Themed Parties and Planning: Let us deliver a stress free event, we can handle the decor, customization and planning of your event to your standards.

Time slots for private parties ON-LOCATION are the following:

Fridays from 6:00pm to 8:00pm; Saturdays & Sundays from 10:00am to 12:00pm, 1:00pm to 3:00pm, and 4:00pm to 6:00pm.

7:00pm and later slots available for Special Events (Including Baby Showers and Mom/Dad Group Event) at an additional charge

Additional time can be allotted for an additional fee, if they do not conflict with scheduled events.
