Rates and Packages

The Play Destination offers complete private use of the facility for 2 hours. We are here to make your party experience as enjoyable and stress free as possible. In addition to reserving the facility for birthday parties, you may also reserve the facility for fundraisers, end of season team parties, awards ceremonies, baby showers, etc….the sky is the limit!

Need Add-ons? We’ve got them.   The following are available, but not limited to:

Entertainment: Face-painter, characters, balloon artist, etc.

Photo-booths: Unlimited printing available as an add on to your party.

Decorations, Themed Parties and Planning: Let us deliver a stress free event, we can handle the decor, customization and planning of your event to your standards.

Weekend time slots for private parties ON-LOCATION are the following:

Saturdays & Sundays from 10:00am to 12:00pm, 1:00pm to 3:00pm, and 4:00pm to 6:00pm for private parties.

7:00pm and later slots available for Special Events (Including Baby Showers and Mom/Dad Group Event) at an additional charge

Additional time can be allotted for an additional fee, if they do not conflict with scheduled events.

Weekday time slot for private parties ON-LOCATION are allowed at only the following time:

**Special Monday through Friday private party slot available upon request from 4:00pm to 6:00pm, for an additional fee (Any of our three party packages can be booked for this special weekday time slot)**

GENERAL INFORMATION APPLICABLE TO ALL EVENTS AND PARTIES:

  • $150 non-refundable deposit required to book party. Payment of deposit serves as acknowledgement of terms and conditions of The Play Destination event rental agreements which includes full cost of party charged within 30 days of cancellation.
  • Must give 30 days notice to reschedule or cancel otherwise the full cost of the party will be charged.
  • 3% Merchant Fee will be added for all credit/debit card payments.
  • A Party Assistant Fee will be added for parties over 30 children
  • Offers cannot be combined with additional ongoing promotions.
  • Tips are greatly appreciated!

Can I Celebrate A Birthday During General Play Times Without Reserving A Private Party Time Slot?

Yes and no.

We do allow small birthday celebrations for parties of less than 10 children (Monday through Friday, during regular business hours), for the use of one table in the eating area. This must be prearranged with The Play Destination Staff, and must not interfere with other events happening in center during general play times. One table may be used for all guests, food, and decorations. You are responsible for cleaning up (leaving the area as it was when you arrived). $50 clean-up fee will be imposed if the area is not left clean.

The following are prohibited during general play times: present opening, cakes, cupcakes, birthday decorations unless prearranged, and anything with nuts or peanuts.

If you wish to have a bigger birthday party during the week with 10 or more children and/or to have cake/cupcakes, you may book a private party for our 4pm to 6pm private weekday slot that is available upon request. (Please view our party packages in the file found above)
